Can I upgrade my current 4#3B by using this motor and ESC only?
Yes, if your RX is 2406A, and the helicopter is version 2 (released on 2009 late Jan or Early Feb).
Then only need the New Brushless Motor and ESC

No, if your RX is 2406.
In this case, your 4#3B must be in version 1. You need TOTAL 5 Spare Parts to upgrdae:

The main frame is optional, as you can cut around 0.5mm materials away to fit the motor into the stock motor mount. But it is very simple as you can use a paper cuter to trim the frame slightly.
However, the brushless motor is much more powerful and the old tail motor may not have enough power to compensate the torque. In addition, the RX is also needed due to the ESC is used.
Do I need to order the new TX to use this helicopter?
Optional. It is optional parts for you, as you can use your current 4CH 2.4GHz TX to control the new RX-2406A.
